Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 666z9 online gaming platform, accessible at https://666z9.pro ("Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of 666z9, including registered account holders, visitors who browse the Platform without registering, and any person acting on behalf of a registered account holder. These Terms are effective from the date they are published and supersede all prior versions. 666z9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 666z9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the mandatory minimum age for online gaming participation at 666z9, without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) using the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or third-party exclusion order that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming.
• You must register using accurate, complete and current personal information, including your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control.

666z9 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Where verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of 666z9, the platform may withhold withdrawals and suspend or close the account pending further review.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on 666z9. Multiple accounts by the same individual, household, device, IP address or payment method are prohibited. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 666z9 account, including any transactions made by third parties who have accessed your account with or without your knowledge.
• You must maintain the strict confidentiality of your password and must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 666z9 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You must not use any automated tool, bot, script, spider or software to access or interact with the Platform outside of normal browser-based gameplay.

666z9 uses SSL encryption on all account sessions. However, account security also depends on steps taken by the account holder. 666z9 shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to maintain login credential confidentiality, from use of shared devices, or from failure to log out on a shared or public device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

666z9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank transfer channels. The following financial terms govern all transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no upper limit on deposits, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those from family members — are prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, 666z9 may request an alternative verified payment method in your name.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard identity verification.
• 666z9 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory completion of AML procedures. Fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

All account balances at 666z9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 666z9 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in BDT only.

Bonuses and Promotions

666z9 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳10,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal.
• Each promotional bonus may be claimed once per player, per promotion period. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using multiple accounts or payment methods is considered bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
• 666z9 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings and close any account where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that bonus terms have been abused.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Any bonus balance remaining after the stated expiry date will be removed from the account automatically without notice.

666z9 may at any time and without prior notice modify, suspend or withdraw any ongoing promotion. This includes seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup events, as well as Eid and Pohela Boishakh special offers. Any change to a promotion will not affect wagers already placed under the terms of the original offer.

Gameplay and Fair Use

666z9 is committed to providing a fair, transparent and secure gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all gameplay activity on the Platform:

• All games on 666z9 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated.
• Players must not use any form of cheating software, exploit any technical vulnerability in the Platform, engage in collusion with other players, or otherwise attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error, 666z9 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. Game provider decisions on technical disputes are final.
• Cricket betting markets at 666z9 follow standard sportsbook settlement rules. In-play markets are settled based on the official result at the time the market is closed. Any obvious pricing errors will be voided and stakes returned.

666z9 monitors all gameplay activity for patterns consistent with fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts identified as engaging in any such activity will be suspended pending investigation, and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming

666z9 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all account holders:

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) from their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Players may request a cool-off period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which the account will be temporarily suspended. Cool-off requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the cool-off period.
• Players who wish to permanently stop gambling may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• 666z9 will not knowingly allow access to any player who has indicated they have a gambling problem, are under 21 years of age, or who is subject to a valid self-exclusion agreement on this platform or any other gaming platform.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of 666z9. Unauthorised use of 666z9 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666z9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies whether or not 666z9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

666z9 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 666z9 does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform, including odds, game statistics or promotional material.

Account Suspension and Termination

666z9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraud or collusion, or violating the fair use rules set out in Section 6.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 666z9.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulator direction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made by the player and not subject to any active fraud or AML investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Privacy and Data Protection

666z9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, gameplay data and device/IP information used for fraud prevention and responsible gaming purposes.
